Tags
Create tags and assign them to documents and orders for categorisation
Tags are free-form labels you can attach to documents, invoices, and orders to help with filtering and reporting.
Creating a Tag
- Navigate to Settings → Tags.
- Click + Add Tag.
- Enter a Name and choose a Colour.
- Click Save.
Assigning Tags
Tags can be assigned from:
- Document detail page — click the Tags field and select from the dropdown.
- Invoice detail page — same as above.
- Order detail page — same as above.
Multiple tags can be assigned to a single item.
Filtering by Tag
On any list view (Documents, Invoices, Orders), use the Tags filter in the filter panel to show only items with a specific tag.
Deleting a Tag
- Navigate to Settings → Tags.
- Click the tag name.
- Click Delete.
Note: Deleting a tag removes it from all items it was assigned to. This action cannot be undone.
