Tags

Create tags and assign them to documents and orders for categorisation

Tags are free-form labels you can attach to documents, invoices, and orders to help with filtering and reporting.

Creating a Tag

  1. Navigate to Settings → Tags.
  2. Click + Add Tag.
  3. Enter a Name and choose a Colour.
  4. Click Save.

Assigning Tags

Tags can be assigned from:

  • Document detail page — click the Tags field and select from the dropdown.
  • Invoice detail page — same as above.
  • Order detail page — same as above.

Multiple tags can be assigned to a single item.

Filtering by Tag

On any list view (Documents, Invoices, Orders), use the Tags filter in the filter panel to show only items with a specific tag.

Deleting a Tag

  1. Navigate to Settings → Tags.
  2. Click the tag name.
  3. Click Delete.

Note: Deleting a tag removes it from all items it was assigned to. This action cannot be undone.
