Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring a one-time code from an authenticator app in addition to your password.

  1. Go to Settings → Security.
  2. In the Two-Factor Authentication section, click Enable.
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy).
  4. Enter the 6-digit code shown in your app to confirm setup.
  5. Click Save.

Disabling 2FA

  1. Go to Settings → Security.
  2. In the Two-Factor Authentication section, click Disable.
  3. Confirm the action.

Note: An administrator can also reset 2FA for any user from the user's detail page. See Users → Two-Factor Authentication Reset.

SSO and SCIM (Administrator)

If your organisation uses Single Sign-On (SAML 2.0 / OIDC) or SCIM provisioning, refer to the backend configuration guide at backend/SSO_SCIM.md for detailed setup instructions. These features are configured at the infrastructure level by your system administrator.
