Basic Settings
Accounting
Configure general accounting settings, GL groups, and cost centres
Navigate to Settings → Accounting to configure the accounting layer of Acadsys. The page has three tabs: General Settings, GL Groups, and Cost Centres.
General Settings
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Currency Code | The base currency used across the system (e.g., EUR) |
| VAT Rate | Default VAT rate (%) for the company |
| Order Price Allowance | Allowed percentage difference between order and invoice amount |
| Accounting Software | Target accounting system for exports: Pohoda, Omega, or Incadea |
Click Save after making changes.
GL Groups
GL Groups are accounting dimension labels used to categorise documents and entries.
Creating a GL Group
- Go to Settings → Accounting → GL Groups.
- Click + Create.
- Fill in:

| Name | Descriptive label for the group |
| Code | Short code (max 10 characters) used in exports |
| Enabled | Whether this group is available for selection |
- Click Save.
Editing and Deactivating a GL Group
- Click the group name in the list.
- Update the fields or toggle Enabled off.
- Click Save.
Cost Centres
Cost Centres are accounting dimensions used to allocate expenses.
Creating a Cost Centre
- Go to Settings → Accounting → Cost Centres.
- Click + Create.
- Fill in:

| Name | Descriptive label for the cost centre |
| Code | Short code (max 10 characters) used in exports |
| Enabled | Whether this cost centre is available for selection |
- Click Save.
Assigning Cost Centres
Cost centres are assigned during document processing on the document detail page.
Accounting Export
Acadsys supports export to the following accounting systems (configured in General Settings under Accounting Software):
