Dashboard
Overview of the Acadsys dashboard, widgets, and activity counters
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It provides a real-time summary of your most important tasks and metrics.
Counter Widgets
The top row of the dashboard shows activity counters:

| Documents for Approval | Documents currently waiting for your approval action |
| Orders for Approval | Orders currently waiting for your approval action |
| CRZ to be Published | Contracts pending publication to the CRZ registry |
| Requests for Approval | Requests currently waiting for your approval action |
| For Processing | Uploaded documents waiting to be processed |
| Rejected for Verification | Documents that were rejected and need review |
Chart Widgets
Below the counters, charts give you a deeper view of activity:

| Document Type (line) | Documents over time, broken down by type |
| Document Types (pie) | Distribution of document types in the current period |
| Approval Lines | Documents grouped by approval line |
| Invoice Stats | Invoice amounts and counts for the current period |
| Business Case Earnings | Earnings vs. expected for active business cases |
| Business Cases by Approval Line | Business case count per approval line |
Customising the Dashboard Layout
Use the widget selector button (top-right of the dashboard) to toggle individual widgets on or off and reorder them. Each user's layout is saved independently — changes you make do not affect other users.
Notifications
Acadsys generates in-app and email notifications for key events, including:
- Documents routed to you for approval
- Approvals completed on documents you submitted
- Mentions in document comments
- System alerts from your Administrator
