Switching the Active Company
How to switch between companies in a multi-tenant Acadsys setup
If your user account has access to multiple companies, you can switch between them without signing out.
Switching Companies
- Click your company name in the top navigation bar (top-left).
- A dropdown shows all companies your account has access to.
- Click the target company name.
- The application reloads in the context of the selected company.
All data (documents, invoices, orders, users, settings) is isolated per company. Switching companies changes the entire data context.
What Carries Over Between Companies

Adding Your Account to Another Company
Contact the Administrator of the target company. They must add your account via Settings → Users → Create. Once your account is created in that company, it will appear in your company switcher.
Default Company
The company you were last active in is remembered between sessions. To change your default, simply switch to the desired company and it will be used on your next login.
