Downloading an Order PDF
Export an order as a PDF document
Acadsys can generate a formatted PDF of any order for printing or sending to suppliers.
Downloading from the Order Detail Page
- Open the order.
- Click Download PDF in the action bar.
- The PDF is generated and downloaded immediately.
PDF Content
The generated PDF includes:
- Company logo and header
- Order number and date
- Supplier details
- Line items table with quantities, unit prices, VAT rates, and totals
- Net total, VAT breakdown, and gross total
- Delivery address (if configured)
- Terms and conditions (if configured in company settings)
- Approval signatures section (shows the approvers and approval dates)
Customising the PDF Template
PDF template customisation (logo, header/footer, terms and conditions) is configured by your system administrator in the company settings. Contact your administrator to adjust the PDF output.
